Theater tickets – we’ll be happy to purchase
theater tickets in advance for the show of your choice.
Prices range from $40-$60 depending on the selection
Air Extensions – we’ll be happy to extend the
time you spend in Europe or change your arrival or departure
gateways. You will only be charged the additional cost of
the change.
Hotel Extensions – we will be happy to extend your
hotel nights in Paris or London. The additional cost per
night will be approx. $100 per person per night. We can
also assist you in arranging for additional hotel nights,
rail passes, or car rental in any other city in Europe you
wish if you decide to extend your stay
A list of additional activities for each city you travel
to will be provided to you as options to add.
2004
Music Programs
It’s very important to realize that our goal is to
develop future international travel programs with your school.
We feel it is in the best interest of your school music
program to provide you with this travel experience. Traveling
to Paris will enable you to better plan for your student’s
musical experience and help you educate them about the different
cultures. It does not matter that you may be interested
in another city or country for your 2004 travel plans. We
do plan to offer other cities for future inspection trips.
In 2005, for example we are considering Vienna or Rome.
Because we require non-refundable deposits for your 2004
trip before you can be included in our inspection trip,
we will need to begin preliminary planning for your 2004
program. Consequently, we need to request from you the information
to get us started. You DO NOT have to have a set itinerary
in place immediately. Our intention is to provide you a
draft itinerary with pricing so you can decide if indeed,
Heritage Festivals is the choice for your 2004 trip. Your
final itinerary in most cases will change due to performance
opportunities and your groups changing travel plans. Again,
it is important to note that the pricing for your trip in
the future will not be affected by your choice to accompany
us to London or Paris. If your group cancels their International
plans for 2004 after you have traveled on the inspection
trip, your group will lose part or all of the $100 per participant
advance deposit. Deposits can be transferred and credited
toward other custom performance itineraries but cannot be
credited toward our standard domestic festivals.
